Casa Brisas del Mar at Pelican Eyes is located in a wonderful jungle setting near the base of the community and is just a short walk to the various pools within the community and is only a 3 minute walk to town. The home comes fully furnished with what you see in the slideshow of pictures and has a great view of town and the ocean from the exterior deck of the home.

Casa Brisas del Mar at Pelican Eyes has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a living, dining and kitchen area.  There is a large patio off the front of the home and the north side of the home is inlaid brick, a perfect setting for an urban garden & barbecue area.  Community parking is located just above the north side of the home.

Being within the Pelican Eyes community you will have access to 3 infinity swimming pools, one of those being a lap pool.  Access to the property is through a 24/7 manned security gate. The community has one active restaurant at its base near town called La Cascada Club.  There is also a clubhouse at La Canoa, located a few minutes from the ocean view cottage Brisas del Mar.

There are no restrictions on usage of the home, use as you please or rent the home under the guidelines of the community!
