Being within a 'resort-style' community, Casa Alegria at Pelican Eyes enjoys access to the property through a 24/7 manned security gate. Identification is required for security of all owners & guests.

The community has access to an 'on site' restaurant, La Cascada, located at the base of the community 2 blocks from the central park of San Juan del Sur.  There is a clubhouse area called 'La Canoa' located at the infinity edge pools that are at the base of the 2nd phase of Pelican Eyes.

You will have full access to 3 infinity swimming pools and spa. Two of the three pools are a short walk from the home and offer unsurpassed views.
