Escameca Surf House

30 mins South of San Juan del Sur you’ll find this Escameca Surf House where you’ll enjoy phenomenal sunsets, starry nights, hikes, beaches, surfing, diving, relaxing and more from this ocean & surfside residence located at Costa Dulce.

The Escameca Surf House is comprised of two completely separate levels: on the entrance level an unfinished, open concept design rustic layout complete with Colonial style fixtures, tile work & hardwood bannisters and decorative support beams.  On the lower level two completed contemporary studio apartments with an industrial feel that gaze over the natural jungle surroundings of the area.

The Escameca Surf House is inside the Costa Dulce beach community where you can gain access to their hotel restaurant, yoga classes, surf board rental, boat tours, massage and other fun activities. From the house you can drive or walk 7 minutes down to Escameca Beach.  Once you are on the sand you can walk south towards a lovely little river that is fun to explore ideally with a paddle board. Close to the river, there is a quaint eatery called Rancho Las Tortugas that provides simple plates of fresh fish, chicken wings and cold drinks.
